Consultation & INstallation
From the initial contact from a healthcare professional (including NHS and private providers) or from an end user, Stand Well Care are here to support you.
As part of our service, and included in the cost of the frame, we offer a full consultation, through a site visit, to assess the suitability of the user for our frames. This would normally take place with the client's physio or healthcare professional at a rehab unit, hospital or indeed the client's own home. As a part of this visit, measurements are taken and adjustments made so that each frame is bespoke to a client.
Once funding has been agreed for the frame, we deliver the equipment to the client's address and ensure that it is set up correctly and ready to use. We also train any users of the frame, including family members and carers, to ensure the frame is operated safely.

Servicing & Warranty
All quotes are supplied including the end of first year service and realignment, meaning we return to ensure your frame is still working perfectly one year after our installation.
In terms of on-going servicing; it is recommended that single-user frames are serviced on an annual basis, while multi-user frames (in hospitals, for example) should be serviced every six months. Stand Well Care offers both servicing plans and this will be discussed with you as part of the funding agreement.

Support
We offer a 24hr telephone support service. We are also able to visit your address, if necessary. Please note that for non-warranty related visits, there is a call out charge for site visits.
